International Collaboration

Health professional with patient in the Dominican Republic

Creighton University is located in Omaha, Nebraska, but we are a global campus, offering programs and partnerships across the world. From offering master and doctoral degrees for foreign-trained health professionals to bringing scholars, researchers and students to Creighton, we are committed to global outreach and education. Through the Creighton Global Initiative, we are continually seeking to expand our international presence. Our dedication to providing international opportunities is one of the reasons we’re among the top Jesuit universities in the United States.

Strong International Partnerships

Creighton health sciences schools have robust partnerships with institutions around the world, including in China, Japan, Korea, Chile, UK, India, Denmark, Sri Lanka, Italy and the Dominican Republic. These partnerships support research and provide transformational learning opportunities for students and faculty—at Creighton and abroad. Learn more.

Serving Others Across the Globe

We live our Jesuit values in the world through international programs like Project CURA (Creighton Medical United in Relief Assistance) and the Institute for Latin American Concern (ILAC). Through Project CURA, Creighton medical students spend part of their summer helping those in need in places like Ghana, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Romania, Vietnam/Cambodia and India. Through ILAC, Creighton health sciences students provide health and dental care and community service to people in the Dominican Republic.
