Creighton Nursing in Phoenix

Creighton Nursing in Phoenix

To help meet the growing demand for well-educated nurses in Arizona, Creighton launched its Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program in Phoenix through a partnership between Creighton University and Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in 2018.

This fully-accredited program is ideal for those who already have a college degree and are looking to earn their BSN via an accelerated, 12-month program. As part of the program, you’ll complete clinical experiences at Dignity Health Phoenix-based hospitals, Valleywise Health and Phoenix Children’s Hospital as well as with other community partners and clinics.

Classes start each August and January in Phoenix.

Agustina Palmer
“This program has a hands-on learning environment that promotes active involvement in the clinical field. The amount of growth I have acquired in one year is directly attributed to the number of practical clinical hours with firsthand experiences.”
— Agustina V. Palmer, January 2021 Cohort
Tyler York
“The BSN faculty team provides individualized attention for each student. For example, I was struggling with test-taking and a faculty member spent hours of her personal time after class tutoring and helping me develop my skills.”
— Tyler York, January 2021 Cohort
Hez Naylor
“Because our class sizes are small, the learning experience is meaningful and personalized. What makes our program unique is that our students learn with supportive faculty who are clinically active and concerned for our students’ well-being.”
— Hez Naylor, MSN, FNP-BC, Senior Nurse Practitioner and Instructor at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center
